Hi, please any experience with birth in foreign country through S2route certificate?

I originally come from Slovakia, I've been working in the UK 5 years. I'm 22 weeks pregnant with twins and after I'll start my maternity leave, I'd like to go back to Slovakia to give birth. Because my maternity leave and pay will be from the UK, I need to apply for S2route- certificate which provide me health care in Slovakia. Please anyone has experience, how long it takes to get this certificate, after local health commisioner send application in my name and NHS work&pension departmen in Newcastle approve it?

Any advices about S2 route are welcome! Thanks a lot.
