Currently 16.5 weeks pregnant. Still feeling really nauseous and tired and everyone said I would have more energy by this point. Starting to just feel run down rather than pregnant so getting worried.
Had 16 week midwife last week and nothing of any concern apart from iron levels.
Should there be more symptoms at this point to indicate all ok?
Thanks

If your iron levels are low that may help to explain your tiredness. Unfortunately, not everyone’s nausea settles after the first trimester.
I’m 18 weeks now- tiredness is better now that it is cooler but I am not at the energy levels that I was pre-pregnancy. I restarted my exercise at 10 weeks and that has helped but my iron levels are normal. Try not to be hard on yourself- eat small meals often and drink loads of water. Xxx
Congratulations Hun I’m 31 weeks and unfortunately I’m still been sick and feeling very tied had all the test done for Iron and everything’s fine it’s just one Of them things I’m still waiting for the so called burst of energy . Rest when needed huni and hopefully by 20 weeks you’ll be feeling better. I think it’s a sign of having a girl x
I'm 29 weeks and I'm exhausted all the time. I have an 8 year old and a one and half year old but even when I'm not running round after them I'm exhausted my iron levels are fine. Sometimes the tiredness is just part and parcel. But if you have low iron levels that will definately contribute to being tired. I have severe sickness that's medicated but I was just as exhausted through my one year olds pregnancy as well.
