If you are trying to conceive you should be taking folic acid as a supplement. So those aren't to help conception.

Presume you've got an ovulalation app telling you when your most fertile? There's also ovulation kits you can use to confirm those timings.

I don't know if it helps but a healthy diet, cutting out alcohol and caffeine for both of you is what they start to recommend.

Have you had a blood test from the dr? They test you something like day 3 and day 15 to make sure your cycling.

If your not ovulating there’s no way you are going to conceive and you will need to be referred to a fertility clinic.

I’d push the gp for tests which they maybe reluctant to do since you’ve only been trying for a year but by saying ovulation kits indicate that your not they should at least offer the blood tests.

I started hoola hooping with a weighted hoola hoop and was pregnant all of a sudden! Folic acid is for a healthy pregnancy/fetus!

Acupuncture is very good at improving fertility. Worked for me and a few others I know.

Good luck 😘

Has your gp discussed doing blood test and sperm tests for partner? Might be something to discuss if it's been over a year. Folic acid is important for normal development of the spinal cord and nervous system and ideally is started before conception

I’ve been to my gp and she gave me these tables? My parent had a child from a previous relationship so it can’t be him? It would be me but I’ve had the injection before I decided to try for a baby and I dunno if it’s taken time for my body to get back to normal x

The injection can take up to a year to completely get out of your system, so it definitely can be the cause of not convincing. However if it's still

Ongoing I would ask the GP for basic blood tests. It might be neither one of you ... Sometimes these things just take time but it's worth to check.

You can get Pregnacare from most supermarkets and chemists. Superdrug and Boots will have them xx If you meant organic foods, again supermarkets will have a selection or there are specialist organic food shops too!xx

Can i suggest that you relax. I was trying for 3 years, eventually my doc agreed that if we hadn't conceived by Jan 2017 we could start IVF. I gave my body a break from conceiving apps, vitamins, etc and caught naturally.
