A long way from home and feeling anxious.....

I'm new to all this......first pregnancy and first 11 weeks went by with headaches, fatigue and nausea but very little sickness. I am now 12+4 and feeling horrendous and vomitting most afternoons. I am on holiday in a very hot climate and am unsure if it is the pregnancy making me sick, the heat or something I've eaten..... Feeling quite anxious and so far from home so looking for but if reassurance really..... I've got my first scan next week and will touch base with midwife when I'm back in UK. In the meantime I am reluctant to go out of the apartment and am terrified about the flight home in case I come over faint or vomit.......is this likely to just be a normal part of being pregnant or panic attacks or something else?

Which country are you in if I may ask? If it's warm make sure you drink plenty of fluids and maybe try get some oral rehydration salts.

Thanks for your response, am in the Middle East but due to fly back to UK Saturday night. Have had a better couple of days, no vomitting just dizzy spells. Will monitor when back in kinder climate!
