Mucus cough

My 7 month old caught a cold but the fever and the worst of the snot passed after a few days. However just as the cold is fading out she's

developed a phlegmy cough, her chest kind of rattles and the cough stops Her from sleeping. Just wondering whether I should ride this out for a few days or take her to the doctor in the morningg? The cough came on about 2-3 days ago and it doesn't seem to be getting worse, but no better either. What would you do? X

Pop her down to the docs, if she's sounds like she rattling it could be a chest infection.
