Any experience of Therapy?

I am considering psycotherapy as I face up to the reality of this progressive, debilitating condition.

Any general thoughts or experiences welcome but I have three specific questions.

How to find a good therapist?

How to establish if they are the right one for you?

How important is it to be ‘in the room’ or does video/telephone work well enough?

A member of The Myositis Community of Great Britain & Ireland facebook group found The Wren Project very helpful & since several members have used the service & all reported good feed back. Here is a link: wrenproject.org/
