Throat pain anyone?

Hi y’all. Suffering with some extreme choke style throat pain. Glands/nodes swollen around neck area and above. Lots of tightness when eating or drinking anything. I’m on 2.5 mg of pred only right now but I remember having this issue even when I was on 20mg. It’s constant and so painful. Imagine a snake swallowing a watermelon. That’s how it feels when I eat
