IBM

Hi. I was diagnosed with IBM last year. I got a cross trainer but had to sell it when I became weaker. I’m thinking of getting a recumbent cross trainer possibly a Nustep because the seat swivels. I wondered if anyone else had got one and what they thought. Thanks

I don't have that model but I do have a recumbent bike. I use it every 2nd day for 1/2 hr. I really like it. I have IBM. I also try to walk but weather is not always favourable and I find pushing a rollator tires me.
