Pumpkin pie, anyone?

My hub made the neighbors a pumpkin pie the other day.

He ran into his wife and son last night and asked how they liked the pie.

"What pie?"

Her husband apparently doesn't like to share.

I can't blame him as it's pretty good and I never really liked pumpkin pie.😅😅

Wow, that's hilarious. I guess it didn't occur to the neighbor's hubby that the pie would eventually come up in conversation? Or maybe once he tasted the fluffy, pumpkiny goodness, he just didn't care! 😂

yum, I love pumpkin pie. We are having a frozen Marie Callender’s apple pie that we bake. Both my daughters are vegan and Marie Callendar pies don’t have any animal products (just a bunch of fake stuff and chemicals with apples)

Thank you - I'm always looking for good vegan recipes - since I've tried a few that haven't turned out well (e.g., I've tried to make my corn pudding vegan (yuck). Tried to make blueberry buckle vegan (yuck)). If you have an easy way to share the recipe, I'd be very happy

Here's a link. My son loved this so much, he often requested it for his birthday as well. He is no longer a vegan, but I decided to keep all the dessert recipes just in case! If you do like it, I would recommend printing it or writing it down, should the blog ever cease to exist. 😊
