Hi all - can anyone recommend an online pilates class or instructions for people with MS? I am in the US if that makes a difference.

Pilates for MS
It's not Pilates so may not be of interest if you only want Pilates but as an exercise site The MS Gym is worth checking out. Trevor Wicken's "enthusiasm" (polite version!) is more than a bit OTT but if you can tolerate that his stuff is good and based on sound principles, and many people swear by his programs. At least he is a tertiary educated and properly qualified person but for my taste still indulges in a bit to much hype e.g. ignore the piffle about finding out at 12 yo that he had a "gift" - too much of an echo of that Medical Medium con-artist/ manipulator .......
Unlike some who put everything behind a paywall, he does have some worthwhile free stuff available, or you can fork out $$$ for a paid membership.
workingonwellnessfoundation... use this at home for exercise. I have to do the chair exercises
mS Views and News has a zoom Pilates class once a month. Itβs chair based but great for core. Bri, the instructor π
m.youtube.com/@MultipleScle... this foundation has different videos for exercising, not just Pilates.
Also, thanks for asking because I was able to take notes on sites people recommended.
I do mat pilates through my Shepherd MS Wellness Program in Atlanta, but you have to be a member. MS News and Views, I think AARP and many other sites have pilates. I do highly recommend it, it's hard but you really feel so much better afterwards. I can't believe I'm doing it at age 69.π―
