Rain and some flooding 😱

Good Morning everyone it’s Wednesday and supposed to warm up and clear up for the weekend 🤞🏼 Had a procedure Monday on the bottom of my foot 🦶 and man it’s sore to walk on, ouch 😣. The fun I have 🤪. I took my buddy up to Idaho Falls, 55 miles to have a pain stimulator put in and it’s working great so far on back and legs 🙏 He has some pain at incision area, but not too bad 🤞🏼 He has bad neuropathy in both feet 👣. His wife has MS and in February he had to move her into assisted living care. He has taken care of her for the last 15 years as she has been wheelchair bound and has had MS for 35 years. They are both 76 years young and been married for 53 years. He has been great taking care of her for this long, but it was getting to be too much for him to handle. She worked with it for about ten years then had to take a medical retirement as it progressed, first with a hobble, then came, and finally wheelchair ♿️. Still has a great attitude and bubble staying positive as she can🙏. Anyway Rozy’s ear is slowly healing up and she is so good about letting me put salve in 👍🏼 She has also gone from 108 lbs. to 98 lbs. on her diet 👍🏼. She’s just a big girl and has always been a good size girl. Hope everyone is doing well and has a great day 👍🏼🙏😉

I hope you continue to improve from your procedure.. I’m on the tail end of recovery from having epidural injections for bulging/protruding discs…I made it 4.5 months in between the original injection.. hopefully this will be the charm. So glad that Roxy’s ear is getting better it is so upsetting when our fur babies are not feeling up to par. You are a Great friend /neighbor to take him to get his pain stimulator. I am really close to several of my neighbors and would not hesitate to do the same for them. We had summer like temperatures on Monday.(low 90’s) ridiculous for this time of year likely we’re back into the low 70’s.. take care and rest when you can… I know you’re a busy person!

Rozy is now at Henry's weight. Maybe they could borrow outfits from each other.😅 or play tennis

You are a good friend, the way you are supporting this couple! Your friend's situation sounds like my parents'. My dad took care of my mom, who had MS for 35+ years. It was really hard on him but he was dedicated to her and the situation (my mom was a quadriplegic the last 10 years of her life). I'm thankful to my dad for everything he did for her and for his 2 daughters (me and my sister).

I’m happy to hear your fried is doing well. I’m sorry to hear of his wife but glad she has a bubbly personality as it is important to stay positive. I am happy to hear you are healing your foot. I hope your pain subsides. I am super happy Rozy’s ear is doing good and she is tolerant of medicine. I am glad she is doing good on diet :). That’s always hard, especially when they beg for whatever you’re eating with their puppy dog eyes! lol
