G'day ms friends and family. Life goes on. Your life goes on. Is it worth it, if no why not? Try your hardest to make everyday an enjoyable experience. Life with ms does not have to be a life of fear. it can be happy and intriguing. I met my wife of 20+ years because of ms. I have travelled back and forth over the Pacific Ocean because of ms. Do not limit yourself because of ms. Constantly find new ways to do things, new techniques. It does not have to be earth shattering, merely something that makes your everyday life more livable. Then YU do it again and again.

Always remember make your life a story, one that YOU would want to read.

Be well today and always, make your story a goo one.
