Good Morning to “YOU” my beloved ms family. All had a good and restful nights sleep last night. No running through your dreams interrupting your night.

Do NOT worry. This is a chronic progressive condition, BUT there is no need to fear it. There is enough fear and fear-mongering going around the world at the moment, there is no need for “YOU” to add to it or be swallowed up in it. Just behave like “YOU” do everyday. Relax smell the roses, enjoy the beauty around “YOU”. If “YOU” can not see the beauty, then make some. Stop the excuses, find some brightness in your life. If “YOU” want some sadness, we all have a chronic incurable medical condition. One that nobody knows where it came from and one that nobody can make go away. On the other hand, today is a beautiful day. Not a cloud in the sky, coolish temperature and my morning coffee is hot. Maybe a bit much cinnamon, but I can barely taste so it is no big deal.

No, do not let the fear of what-ifs take over your life. Live each moment the best that “YOU” can. Accept your failures and revel in your victories no matter how small they may be. Find your very own happy place and make it as big as “YOU” possibly can. Avoid the dark scary places that sometimes come with our illness. Have fun, smile, be happy. Just because everybody else is scared does not mean that “YOU” have to be. Be smart, avoid doing things that may cause “YOU” to face unnecessary risk, but LIVE your life, always live it to your fullest. One day in the far future our life will be taken from us. Do not live what “YOU” have now in fear, that is for others. We have ms. WE ARE STRONG. “YOU” my ms sibling are STRONG. Never forget that, the occasional tear or nervousness is okay. We are human beings after all. Brush yourself off. Straighten your back and look straight ahead. Take a step and continue along your ms life journey.

Do “YOU” see there is nothing to be scared of at all. There is no need for fear, “YOU” can do this. “YOU” always can do this, believe in yourself.

Royce ( your ms writer and Brother)

It is okay, do not be scared do not live in fear
