Hang in there kit maybe you have an infection somewhere? I’ve going through and emotional distress and Ms is gifting . We need to laugh at these body . Like wow that’s funny . Not . Is there any support friends . Around ? We are here for you , same boat . Lol

I don't feel like going outside today but I to that a lot. After I was diagnosed with MS I stared looking at life a little differently. I take the time to be thankful for the beautiful scenery that God paints & the scenes are different everyday.😍

I'm grateful for something in every day -- the trees ablaze with autumn colors, the children I read with in the mornings, the nights when I sleep well. There is always something small or large to be grateful for.

I usually do this in the morning when I go to work (when it's not cloudy or raining). I love looking up at the stars and the moon when it's out. Now is the best time of the year as it stays dark later in the mornings.

do everyday while walking the dog...makes you realize how lucky we are to be able to do this...oh by the way we received that beautiful stuff called snow yesterday morning ..so pretty ...just love it and made it warmer after having it raining when i first got up ...still have alitte of it left but melting fast...just to have the cold for the week now ...high in high 40's cold of in the teens at night ...brrr ...all well just winter time days and temps....love and happiness at least in my own way is great and enjoyable...loves all of you ...

i wish ,we have woken to 18 degrees ...so cold frosty ....don't like would rather have the snow ...i know no one believes me but it is warmer ...just go out with a sweatshirt on then not now it is layering season for the cold is bad....love and happiness for all ....loves...

Thank you for the encouragement. I didn't walk outside just did a 6-wheel roll 👩🏾‍🦼 around and it was a beautiful day. Each day I try to remember to be strong, be different and be you. 👍🙏🏾
