Last time I checked, they said it supposed to be 'mild' in the midwest. We shall see as you never know exactly what Mother Nature has up her sleeve.

I have a snowblower that I am no longer able to use due to my MS. I tried to sell it last winter, but no one wanted it because we had very little snow. In that respect alone, I am hoping for snow this winter, but forecasters predict little snow in our arera (Michigan) because of El Nino. RATS!

Well, the MS is holding its own, but I caught Covid from my son and have been fighting a mild version for the last month. I'm miserable and whiny, but I'm glad the hot weather's over!

Not yet, because I'll have a couple good days and think everything's fine, and then I crash. Which is today. I'm hoping a nap will help. I thought I got off lucky because it was a mild version, but I've never been this sickly for this length of time before. It's just nasty.

I feel foolish now, but I didn't bother. My son had gone out and had a real test done, so when I got sick the following day I just assumed.

No; as far as we know this was the first time for either of us. We're usually pretty secluded in general. I've known people who had it, of course, but I've never heard of anyone having issues so long after the fact. It's starting to be a worry.

we use to make my husband stay home on friday the 13 the for he had to accidents on that day ...not his fault but sure did the vehicle in ...love the funny ...have a wonderful day and enjoy the weekend ...love and much happiness...

I managed to do alright with it 😁 no worsening/new symptoms.Hubby, on the other hand, lost his coworker yesterday 😢 she's had some shit go on in her personal life, asked to go part time (which his office cannot do), and so she quit. Hubby's manager has put her "on holiday" days, using the 2 weeks holiday she still has, just so she can get herself back on her feet without worrying about pay. Poor woman has a child who'd gotten an injury on his foot at the childminders. She's had to report it to the social services regarding the incident, because nobody had noticed and nobody had written it down OR TOLD HER when she picked the child up 😭 hubby and his manager have got an interviewee on Tuesday to help with the accounting at his workplace. Me, my hubby, and I'm sure his manager, feel really sorry for the woman. Starting a new job, has narcolepsy, and a child who went to a childminders that do not know what the fuck they're doing! Hubby was saying, when he told me of it all yesterday when he came home, repeating, "it's no wonder she was asking the same question, or rewriting her notes often mixing words/sentences up!" 😭😭😭

Doing good. My PPMS is still acting crazy. The burning, tingling, swelling and stiffness in both legs and feet. I am handling it good. I am used to it and as long as I can take gabapentin to slow the nerve pain down, I am good with that. How are you doing? I am sorry I am a day late. 😁

Only the medication gabapentin helps with the nerve pain. But for the walking, my gait is gone and trying to walk is difficulty. I drag my right foot and leg. My legs are heavy. They feel like blocks are tied to each leg and I am trying to pick up and pull both. Its hard. 😩
