MRI Friday

Well! The day of reckoning has arrived! I check in at 7:30 yes, in the morning! Friday. They will do brain, neck, spine without contrast, give me a 30 minute break, then add contrast and do all again. Very thorough one this time. I will probably sleep in the tube, believe it or not, even with the noise, I usually do. Will let you know how results go. Love to all, Kelly xx

I do my mri w/o contrast because I’m allergic to it

I also fall asleep in the tube its either that or stare at the machine

Praying for positive results. And btw - you are my hero. There is no way I could sleep through all that. Even with medication, I was wide awake. Keep us posted.

Good luck! I have fallen asleep a couple of times but my leg spasms make me move and they have to wake me up and redo the section they had done So now, I try not to fall asleep. Darn spasms

Thanks for thinking of me. No nap today! Had a diiferent kind of contrast, pretty nauseated,but got though the 3+ hour deal. Love to you and your family, Kelly xx

Is this for MS? Sounds about right. I have MS. Will probably need that in the fall. Ugh!! Where did you go to have them done?
