I call July my MS month because I care not to remember the day I was diagnosed. I knew what it was even before I got the news...Having been an RN & my mother Having MS made me quite aware. I was in denial.
I found out the only one I can rely on is JESUS. I'm not trying to preach to anyone, but I found my way.

July was the month that I was also diagnosed, Sweetheartonvdayl . I was relieved when I got a diagnosis because I had been experiencing unexplained things for almost ten years.
We have some things in common. I am an RN and was in denial at first symptoms too. I didn't know it was MS but was pretty sure there was something seriously wrong. At first it was foot drop every time I exercised for more than 45 minutes (found out later it was from raising my body temperature). When I told my primary MD after the first occurrence during a 5k he asked if I had trained for the run. Since I hadn't and he didn't seem concerned I ignored it when it kept happening. 6 months later my feet went numb so was referred to a neurologist and diagnosed a week later after having MRIs. That was June 2014. I will be 55 this year and praying I will be able to work until at least 62. I also find strength through Jesus.
Amen! Iβm a medically retired RT. September for me. I was given my MRIs to take to neurologist. Of course I peaked at the summary note before I went. Literally floored me. God is my constant companion. Peace be with you! π«§
God is the key! I lean on him daily I was diagnosed March 23, 2020 I donβt truly understand because itβs kinda of new but I learn something new daily about MS and how it makes me feet I can tell people about the pain and other symptoms I have but they look puzzled with disbelieve so I turn to the one person who understands his name is Jesus!
Jesus has kept MS at bay for me. My symptoms never got any worse from the day I was diagnosed 18 years ago & the past year all my symptoms are gone. Prayer works!
