I came across this which I wrote in 2019

March MS Awareness Month

,March, what can it be?It’s awareness month, for you and me.

What can we do, to make others aware,Apart from being prepared for others to stare.

We have bright ideas, that somehow flop, We put posters in the local shop.

Some businesses will show their support, While others look at you blank as you report,

 Of what ms is all about,Of which no one knows we have no doubt.

We dress our pets in our shirts that don’t fit,And decorate walkers and canes up a bit,

Orange is the colour for ms, nice and bright,If you get neon, you light up at night.

Questions come from passers by, People walk past you and ask you why?

If I had a dollar, for every question asked, A cure would be found, not an easy task.

So meanwhile until they find a cure, Popping pills or infusions we all will endure.

Keep smiling my friends, enjoy and have fun,Today is a new day, that as just begun.
