G'day RRms (Relapsing-Remitting) ms family. As always I hope everybody is well. I see that it is hot around the country, if it is hot where YOU are I hope YOU are coping. A good excuse for some planning. "What do I need, what do I do when this happens again?" A good thought exercise takes your mind off RRms for a minute or two. My suggestion is to organise a good bath. Not too hot not too cold for a few hours. Does this make life a little easier?

Think outside the box, and look for solutions to your problems. Somebody else, or another pill will not solve it. This is a HUGE illness and YOU have it now, forever. As much as we all want it gone, it is going nowhere.

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX, and make your life the absolute best for YOU.

Live your best life, do not just suffer.

Royce
