We are expecting company, and while I was desperately moving things around trying to make things look neater, I came across the CD with a song that came out right around the same time I was diagnosed. It's called "Things've Changed" by Sammy Hagar, and it helped me a lot during that time. Here's a link if you'd like to hear it:

It's complicated. 😁 I have always been one to dance freely and joyfully. It's been a trigger for bad pelvic pain for a few years now, but that hasn't been as bad since getting the botox injections, thank God. So I'm looking for ways to ease those muscles into more movement? I ordered a video from a yoga expert who has had success with her program for pelvic pain. For some reason, I couldn't find any specific videos about putting on your boogie shoes and getting down to Sammy Hagar. 🤣 Although he has other songs better suited to really gyrating, I probably shouldn't start with those. 😛
