just wondering if anyone experienced cramps or spasms (contracting of muscle) sometimes no pain just contractions. Sometimes for seconds sometimes it stays hard for minutes.
There is some achiness and pain afterwards. I have this in both arms mainly right arm. Almost two weeks and daily.
The first two weeks it was my upper legs now it’s my arms. Feels tight and stiff then relaxes.

Definetly, I've had MS for 30 years. That tightness is very common. Baclofen has helped. Sometimes when it starts, there is no reason why? and the length of time it lasts is unknown. This feeling is very frustrating. I hope you feel better soon.
For the last two weeks I have gotten them mostly in right bicep but also left maybe 20 times per day. It is so frustrating. It was just staying hard for seconds. Last night was different stayed contracted both sides for probably 10 minutes. It actually got worse at night right when I was going to sleep.
Yes; I was dx in 1994 started tx in 1997, and sometimes my upper legs get hard too, but I always had really bad "charlie horses" in my late teens too, of course, I suspect it was an early MS sx too.
cramping in calves and feet. Sometimes my feet will get stuck in some weird position usually massaging & stretching waiting it out I notice it is worse the closer I get to my next Ocrevus infusion.
Yes it's very common in both arms & legs. Make sure you keep hydrated. I drink at least 2 liters if not more a day. It really helps. You can also try Gatorade if you like it. And believe it or not a tablespoon of mustard will help stop the spasms. I used Baclofen for years but since I started drinking more water I don't need the Baclofen anymore.
Yes, I'm going through the same thing right now! In my case, I recently recovered from surgery so I think it's a small flare. They feel like electric shock -"pins and needles" and uncomfortable! Contact your doctor and see what he/she advises. Take care and feel better. Blessings and Peace. NeeC
