G'day my RRms (Relapsing Remitting ms) family) good sleep last night, warm friendly dreams. Looking forward to an exciting day. Today I have blue skies, no clouds and a little chill, at least chilly for me. I remember long ago looking at cold Atlantas weather and being envious of Phoenix weather in winter. Now I just dread summer in the desert.

Newbies (newly diagnosed) start learning a rhythm. it is not hard and costs nothing but will be your RRms best friend. Wake up at the same time, and go to bed at the same time. Be incredibly boring. Give it a few years then maybe change it up. Remember your aim is to be so healthy that YOU are eligible for any great treatments the world comes up with and your everyday life is as stable as can be. DO NOT be scared this is a livable condition, different, but very liveable. Look after yourself and take your DMT ( disease Modifying Therapy). On a full stomach.
