Error message when logging off

For the last couple of days I get an error message whenever I log off and sometimes it doesn't seem to work. Is anyone else getting that? Can anyone fix it? How do I report problems like that?

You may need to just clear the cache on your browser: I found an old post that Jesmcd2 posted:

Every once in a while you should do this step. Cleaning out your history is a good idea also!

Try clearing the cookies/cache on your browser. This can be different depending on your preferred browser:

Google Chrome - support.google.com/chrome/a...

Mozilla Firefox - support.mozilla.org/en-US/k...

Safari - support.apple.com/en-gb/gui...

Internet Explorer - support.microsoft.com/en-gb...

*Also, if you're using the App and think you might be having trouble, try reinstalling it!*

Thanks, I sorted it. What made the difference was clicking in More in the top right hand corner, going to Cookies setting and switching everything off.

I'm running the browser Microsoft Edge, which doesn't ever appear on anyone's list for anything! I cleared cookie history on that first but it didn't work.

That explains it. Microsoft Edge does't play nice with a lot of different things. Glad you were able to get it sorted :)
