G'day ms family. Today continues the countdown to the big day. No, not 25 December but the BIG day 1 December. How time flies, I can not believe it has been another year. his year I have learned to walk backwards. Seriously I walk backwards at the gym and I walk for a large part of my street when nobody is home of course. So it is reasonably safe but is interesting to feel my body move differently. Made me uncomfortable at first but with practice, it has become a lot easier. I think maybe if I had a two-wheel bike maybe I could ride that again. Perhaps all is not always lost, set your mind on something and work at it maybe YOU can do the unexpected. I refuse to bother about writing no matter what my Moher says. What is it that YOU can make a goal to try? Nothing too hard, maybe a little something just to give yourself a win, any excuse for a win and to brag that I can instead of the constant I can not.

this is great that you can walk at all and then go backwards ...do you realize today is Thursday the 3 rd...okay have a good day filled with all the time you want to walk backwards...have a great day filled with love and much happiness...

serious it takes practice but if you know where you are and move slowly it is not hard to do just requires patient and practice. I wouldn't just do it anywhere I am very aware of my surroundings and any obstacles. An exercise in awareness

Walking backwards is great for back and knee pain, a trick of athletes!

That is where I picked it up from and decided to try it. If I had of fallen over maybe I would not have done it again. But I only do it in very safe areas.
