Ditto. And I can spend time visualizing how I'm going to do it, making a plan, thinking the best way to go about it...and days later it's still not done. Honestly I was never like this before the last couple of years.
I used to wash my hair everyday. Then I woke up. Duh. So a few years ago I started every other day and sometimes the third. It is way less tiring showering and getting ready and my hair is less dry. That's how I save some of my usable hours.
From what I understand, it's not good to wash hair everyday. I used to but I read something a million years ago that said 2 or 3 times a week was healthier for hair. So it's a good thing you changed!
You are correct! Shampooing your hair everyday washes away the natural oils that keep your hair healthy, which can lead to "split ends". It's actually hair that is so dry on the ends that it looks like the end of a rope that is unraveling. It also dries your scalp & can become flakey. It's not dandruff just flakey dry skin. If you can wait, it's best for your hair if you only shampoo it every 3 days.
One hour, two hours? I'll let you do the math. Trying to add all the increments has given me a headache, so I'll just say that any day when I can make coffee whenever I want, get dressed, brush my hair, and let the dog out a million times is a productive day. Anything else is just the icing on the cake!
I am not sure how many I have but I know that when I have the energy I will cram in all of the chores, work, that I can. I usually over do it but it is the only way I can get anything done nowadays. Sometimes I get a lot done, sometimes not so much.
The funny thing about usable time is that what once took me 10 minutews to do now takes me 30 or more minutes, so if the day is 24 hours, and allowing for 8 hours of sleep, and a few hours for eating and using the bathroom, there is not much time left to be used.
This is so similar to the "spoon" story. Mine depends on the day. I can be at 1 (yesterday after walking so much the day before) or 8. I guess it depends on the amount of energy I have to put out. My battery is only so big.
it’s nice to hear how we can all experience the same thing and put it in different words. My life appears at times multi colors filled with various patterns and emotions ,changes are felt many times in a day.
