I've been so busy with so many things lately and feeling very well. This is one of a few quilt tops I've made lately. It was supposed to be a gift for my sister's daughter-in-law, but before she even saw it, she said she didn't want a quilt after all. She likes bright, loud colors. I guess I'll keep it or send it to a granddaughter. I have several quilt tops to quilt yet.

I've missed you all, but try to check in here and there. We bought a retirement home in another state, and the paperwork that goes with home buying is brutal now! I'll be glad when this busy season is over, but I'm thrilled to feel well enough to keep up - well, mostly keep up.

Thank you. My daughter and her family are going to live there until hubby retires in 4-6 years, and then we will join them there.

I generally don't pay attention to testimonials (they're always too good to be true), but I guess this could classify as one. I started taking some powdered greens in a beverage every day, mostly to encourage my husband to keep taking them. A doctor encouraged him to try eating lots of greens for a tremor he's had for years, and it helped. But eating that much was impossible. I noticed a ton more energy after taking them for about a month. My walking speed and coordination has improved, and I have fewer muscle spasms. It could be coincidence, but I'll keep taking them.

I'm glad you're back. I hope you keep seeing some improvement!

Glad to see you! Beautiful quilt, I love homemade. What greens do you drink? Any recommendations for drop foot,pt exercise. I try to stay positive since I am in wheelchair but I was walking with a walker just months ago. Take care and keep sharing your special gifts!

Love the quilt 🥰 That’s what Jody would have loved, she liked bright vivid colors 👍🏼 Our house in Meridian inside had some bright different wall colors. When she passed and I decided to move my realtor thought it was good idea to tone it down so I went a light gray. The people who bought it looked at it before it was painted and made an offer and she was little disappointed that I had it painted 🤪🤣. Couple others said it was too loud. Ya never know? Still love the quilt 👍🏼😉🥰
