Great book

I have been reading and implementing the things I have learned from the book “Pain Free” by Pete Egoscue. I simply cannot recommend it enough. I wish I would have found it years ago. From the foreword to where I am now (halfway), it has been very enlightening. I hope someone else might enjoy it as much as I have. Much love to all of you. Kelly 🤗

Thank you for the recommendation. Might it be helpful with nerve generated pain ( dyesthesias)?

It provides specific moves (not difficult) to help with various body issues. I have not seen specific nerves mentioned, but it would depend on the location of the pain. 🤗

Hi Kelly, I've actually heard of him before. It's pronounced EE Gos Q and as far as I know his method has to do with posture. Mine is not great. I watched some you tubes from him and it's good stuff. I still remember a little bit of it. Interested in anybody else's take on him.

Hello Kelly, based on your recommendation I just ordered the book for my wife. Her pain level went from a 9 to a 2 but that is with medication. Maybe the book can help her get off some of the meds. Thanks.Bob

PS: Are you baking any muffins?

You know what? I think I know someone who will bake some sugar free muffins for you. I will check and be in touch with you!

Kelly, that’s very kind of you but unnecessary. We live near a wegmans and get muffins (not sugar free) from them. I was just looking for a store bought or bakery that bakes and ships sugar free items. Angelika had to major operations at least one of them from falling and lost a lot of weight and her glucose level went way down. We sold and closed on our house two weeks ago and moved to an over 55 apartment complex with no stairs which is a lot easier for Ang. We are seeing a new neurologist on August 4 because when she was in the hospital for her operation he told he that he would be very surprised if at age 80 she still needed to take MS meds(copaxone). I’m hoping she can get off them. How are you making out. I just peruse the MS website every so often and saw your name today. You might have told me but what state are you in?
