In the US, March is MS Awareness month. I plan to spend this month in prayer, over myself - yes, and for all who are affected by MS. If you don't believe in a higher power, please be respectful and move on from these posts. But if you would like to, please read and join in with me in lifting up these things. My goal is to post once a day for this month.

Dear Father,
Thank you for being a good Father, who gives good gifts. I thank you for my church family and that this morning, a brother could share a testimony of healing. He had sciatic pain in his lower back and was restless during a prayer meeting, unsure if he should ask someone to pray for him. And when he did, a man laid his hands on his back and he said there was this warmth he felt and by the time the prayer was over, his pain was completely gone! When the 2 of them chatted afterward, they both acknowledged how it was a cold night (the church prayed outdoors in a tented area) and how surprised they were at the warmth that came during the prayer. The man God used to bring healing, he said his hands were freezing and the brother healed said that the warmth had to be from God! Thank you for healing my brother.
Lord, I confess that it's difficult for me to believe sometimes that you will, miraculously, bring healing to my body plagued by MS. I heard his story and felt great joy for him, and yet also wondered "What about me?" And for others too, I wonder if they feel likewise - curious if you would bring this miracle through a cure from the Epstein Barr research discovery or a special diet or just supernaturally somehow. I confess and repent of my jealousy of others who are more able-bodied than me, who have experienced their miraculous healing, who already have their prayer answered. Please forgive me. Please help us to hold onto the good, to remember what is true, and remember who you are. Help us as we wait. Truly, I may not be healed until I get to heaven, but I want to believe that it could happen before then. Please increase my faith. For all who have MS and call you Lord and Savior, please increase our faith and trust. Thank you Lord.
