It can be stressful for a normal person, let alone one with MS. We may or may not be seeing family or friends. We might be alone. And it can be lonely.
I hope you reach out here, and say hi! You will find an amazing group of people here that would love to meet you!
Even if you're not, reach out and say hi! Where are you from? What kind of MS?

Well said my friend. Blessings for a Merry Christmas for you! I've not sent any cards. And now I will start decorating my Christmas tree! Will post a picture!
Thank you, thoughtful Jes. This Christmas seems harder than last year...almost all of it caused by the pandemic one way or another. Where we used to feel safe in crowds, for almost any reason, now we are wary. Carol singing is difficult wearing a mask. Weather stress has affected the supply of cut pines and spruces. The supply chain is still suffering broken or missing links. And in my region, mail delivery is still suffering. And with the virus mutating, even fully vaccinated and boosted is not a full guarantee of safety.
Furthermore, as long as I'm on a roll of moderate griping, it was 70 yesterday and some plants are breaking dormancy, doggone it! We're in moderate drought, so my simple home made wreaths are drying out and looking pretty sad. I've sent cards and gifts (ordered on line) to the most distant, but the personal touch that conveys meaning was lacking. On the recommendation of the local pack and ship, I will wait until after the holidays to send a box of my jams to my sister to sweeten her 2022. I'm trying to be merry, but I'm not, very.
It is and has been a very long and rough year to be sure! I'm working on my "2021"poem not a lot of good news, or I haven't found it yet.. I understand about the weather, mid NY and we almost hit 55 yesterday? Last of my cards went out yesterday π I say save the best for last?π€£
And ordering gifts and having them sent still has the same meaning of love my friend! Tell them to wait until Christmas π!
Have them call you when they open them! π€ππ
