My MS Fam, I'm looking for a MS Specialist/DR in Guam 96915. This will cut down on the interruptions on my DMT. I'm currently on Ocrevus.

A general neurologist may be willing to continue the plan you have in place with your current doctor so you don't have to travel for treatment. The question is if Guam has ready access to Ocrevus.

The same problem exists in rural Mississippi, US. There are not any specialists here. Sending a prayer that you find a good specialist nearby in Guam. 🙏
