G'day, I hope "YOU" are well and at ease with yourself today. Realize that a lot of the post on this site are not directed at "YOU", they may not happen. We are a large family, this is a HUGE disease. No two of us are exactly alike. 20+ years along my journey and some of these posts that people write, the subject just amazes me. The things that people endure, I am very glad it is not me. It may not be "YOU" either. This is a very individual disease. DO NOT PANIC about what "YOU" see and here.

Learn to be comfortable and accept your life for what it is, not what it could have been or what "YOU" wished for.
