when you are at the end of your rope tie a knot in the end of it and climb back up...... Pain and patience, patients....

On Friday after two weeks of worsening pain, locking up, muscle spasms, hip pain, wobble legs, much tears.....i called the doc, being friday had to wait till monday.He is so very kind but waiting seemed to end my rope.Then church came on and laying not moving the Spirit of Jesus did bless my life.I realize it is not a choice for all.Often pain overcomes listening to good words.It is in the moment.Sadly my pain is from trying to do things myself i shouldnt.That is on me.I have a puppy that likes to pee and someone has to get it. weekend......tears cleanse the soul but i was taught "no tears, be strong" Being strong does me all the emotions we have.Its ok. So i look at a piece of twine with a knot...it is a struggle to climb back up and seemed easier to go down it.....patience for patients includding yourself is key to climbing even a step of faith.Knowing i do not climb alone does help me also....HE is right next to me, tears and all.

ooooopf.. I am so sorry you are suffering. I know your pain. I have pain 24/7. I can, at times, get it down to a dull roar. Enough to be able to eat, do a few things for myself, but not much else. I do not own a pet, simply because I know i would not be able to care for it properly in my current state. I miss having pets terribly. Sending positive energy for your pain relief. Hopefully the doc helps with something for you

My heart goes out to you, all who suffer the pain. If i can get to sleep it helps but shortly awake.As i lay in bed pillows icepacks etc i know im not alone.The owner of the schnauzer i got started training her immediately as her eyes opened.We also made a deal that if it came to it she would take her back in a flash if needed.This is a good breeder.had a steroid shot but must go to surgery center for SI joint....tired...

I noticed not too long ago that when I'm in church my back & legs don't hurt but they start right up after I get home. Being with the spirit of Jesus makes all the difference in the world!
