Hey friends, just wondering if anyone has been using Tru Niagen and what your experience has been taking it. Has it helped with increasing energy levels? How do you take it (morning, with food, w/o food...?).
I finished a 30 day supply, but didn’t notice anything improving (maybe felt worse 🤷♀️) but I also had Covid towards the end of the package. I’m debating on if I should try it again. Let me know how it has worked for you! 😉❤️

I started taking it about 2 months ago I think. I take it in the morning without food but I do drink a cup of black coffee after I take it. I have noticed this past week or two that I feel more tingling in my feet off and on when before that they were pretty much just numb. Can't say for sure it is from the Tru Niagen or not.
I had started intermittent fasting at the end of December and after a few days had more energy and have not noticed any further improvement since taking Tru Niagen. I have bad days with more fatigue but for most days my energy level is almost normal. I didn't eat breakfast anyway but would have cream and one Splenda in my coffee and sometimes have a mid morning snack. So I weaned myself off the Splenda first then the cream and after that didn't eat until noon or 1pm and nothing after dinner. Luckily has been relatively easy for me. On days where I get a craving for something mid morning I have another cup of black coffee or black tea instead of a snack.
I am going to stick with Tru Niagen for probably 6 months or more and see how I do. I figure if it does actually have any impact on repairing damage it will take a while. I won't have another MRI until next year so may even take it until then.
