Yes, it comes and goes breathe through it and it may pass. I take inderal for tremors but as always best to ask your dr

After sitting or sleeping when I first begin to move My legs will shakes and the muscles in my back and stomach will constrict. this doesn't last long ,but annoying just the same.

I used to get leg spasms especially when I’m laying down . But since I had ocrevus infusion I don’t get those as much.

Yes I have thinking it was a MS issue but it turned out to be back issues. You can ask your doctor to do a Thorastic spine MRI to determine if if it's a MS issue or an orthopedic issue.

It was suggested that I go to a neurologist that specializes in spinal care.
