Ok I'm used to my leg spasms (Charlie horses), but last evening I had one in my bicep. What's up with that? Anyone else get Charlie horses in their arms?

Arm spasm
StacyHayward Since the spasms are muscle cramps, I am guessing they can happen anywhere muscles are challenged. I've had only one or two in my biceps; usually they come in my feet, calves or thigh, but recently I have been getting them between my shoulders. I believe the back spasms are related to a new exercise added to my routine. You have my empathy! Where ever a spasm attacks, it can be challenging to deal with.
I've noticed some uncomfortable but not deeply painful spasms in areas I hardly knew had muscles! I hope you find something that relieves them.
I do and it Is when I am in the car usually when I am a passenger which is not so good thing I have to asked the driver to pull over so I can straighten out my leg so I can try to rub the pain away, not fun at all
StacyHayward I get them all over... some the size of a BB some much larger. I have had one in my right shoulder blade so long it has cause a muscle group about the size of an elongated golf ball to grow larger in size. My doctor has done an ultrasound to verify it's just enlarged isolated muscle group from the contractions. They suck!!!!
Right foot, right arm, left chest and back ... I never know where it will hit next
StacyHayward You can get muscle spasms anywhere you have nerves that talk to them. I've had muscle spasms kick up pretty much everywhere it seems. The worst ones I ever had displaced a rib ... no fun!
I get them in my arms, hands and chest, including most other places, even "There" as it is a muscle. Hope you feel better!
I get in arm also. I am on walker and I attribute to how I walk since that is my stronger side.
