Covid day what ever

Sorry I haven't written anything. The fatigue is really bad and I am sleeping alot when I can. Friday and Saturday were my worst days. I spiked a fever of 101 and I was very much out of it disoriented could barely move throwing up and sweating really bad. I have been feeling much better now. No fever since Saturday. My oxygen level never went below 93 thank goodness. I stay weak but today the fatigue is bad. The weather here has been do bad with ice and snow and it's snowing again right now and we are supposed to get ice on top of it in the morning. I went out to my car to get some newspapers but there is about a quarter of an inch of ice on it. I am doing good for food and other things I need fir now. I hope that this weekend I will have the strength to get to the store. I was craving for a Dr pepper on Tuesday so I tried calling domino's pizza to order some pizza and get my soda but they were closed but they were open yesterday and I got my Dr pepper and a couple of pizzas. Yippee. You all take care stay safe

Hopefully you are over the worst,. Did you loose your sense of taste? Pleased you feel like eating, that’s a good sign that you are on the mend. Sorry it’s been so rough for you, take care, blessings Jimeka 🙏 🤗

Thank you. I did lose my sense of taste but not at first but the doctor gave me steroids so I am not sure if it was covid or the steroids. I can't eat much right now but I have been trying to lose weight before this.

Being poorly is not a good time to diet, you have to keep your strength up. 🤗

My son has Covid in mid February of 2020. He is a healthy 33 year old. He was quite drained from Covid and needed much sleep. Sleep seem to override eating. But he did take one a day vitamin to make sure he was relatively healthy as slowly regained his strength. Drink plenty of warm fluids. Take good care and thanks for letting us know about your situation

I am trying to do all of that we got like 4 inches of snow last night. And with my car already frozen and with all that snow on top I won't be able to get in it. I wasn't planning on going anywhere but I have newspapers in for rue to be doing her business on

Thank you. No one has come by I message my children every day. I have 3 friends that I talk to every. My pastor called me on Monday to see if he could help me. I have not contacted my doctor since my positive diagnosis he didn't want to hear from me unless I got really bad that is my pulse around 120 my oxygen under 90 or I felt like I needed to be at the hospital. I don't have a fireplace so no fires here. I have been eating yogurt and granola bars for breakfast grilled cheese and apple sauce for lunch and a friend gave me her meals on wheels and I am having them for dinner and domino's was open for delivery on Tuesday and now I have pizza and my Dr pepper I wanted

Glad you are on the mend. Will you be telling people you meet in in the future who are convinced that the COVID pandemic is a scam and a Govt plot to control everyone that they are a bunch of fools? I certainly hope so - how people can actually believe that so much effort would be put into causing so much disease and so many deaths and so much economic damage is totally beyond me. I really don't understand how they can truly believe that any Govt anywhere would go to such efforts to do that. And for those that have a religious faith - surely they can't believe their God/s would permit such suffering to take place, and yet so many of those who persist in promoting conspiracy theories in relation to the pandemic are extremely religious. Seem like there's a bit of a problem in resolving discordant viewpoints - or more likely there's no effort being made to do so..........

I appreciate you thoughts on this. As a Christian I never thought this was a hoax. I will tell my story when and if I can. I wish I could be sure where I was exposed. I had not been to to many places before I was sick and then tested positive. I hope everyone would wear their masks and keep their distance and not be in large groups. I was luck not to get as sick as others. Because of having gotten sick with covid I am not able to get the vaccine till it has been 90 days from getting sick but I also have to wait till I finish my mavenclad and my white blood cell count is back up to normal and that means I will not be able to get the vaccine till the end of the year

Frances_B profile image
Frances_B in reply to Turtlepie

I hope you didn't take my comment about some people with a strong faith who also subscribe to all the conspiracy theories "doing the rounds" as referring to you - I was referring to those who just don't seem to be capable of seeing how discordant their religious beliefs are with the conspiracy theory garbage they are wholeheartedly swallowing from social media sites and others which are promulgating this dangerous rubbish. I think it's important that people who have survived COVID make sure they tell people that it is real and the deaths are real - although that won't be accepted by the COVIDIOTS who do believe the virus is real but also believe that "releasing" it on the world was a deliberate plot.
