Yesterday's Dr. Appt

I did call the doctor Monday cuz my BP and Hiatal Hernia were still acting up. Went in yesterday. He put me on blood pressure meds, Lisinopril. My husband takes it too. Now I really have a good reason to get this extra weight off. It's literally killing me. I had already started doing the MS exercises that MSAA had on their website. I will get there, it's just going to hurt a little at first. I know I will feel better. I was down 14 lbs & hit a plateau. Got discouraged & quit the diet part. That "Don't Quit" saying is true cuz if you quit you are giving in to whatever you are trying to get rid of. It won't go away by itself. I am a prime example of that. We have to do the footwork.

Be careful losing weight while taking BP meds! I hope you get back to good soon 🎉

I agree. Fast weight loss is never good, you take a chance on doing the Yoyo diets which cause a lot of harm. It doesn't look like I'm going to be losing much weight until I can get my thyroid under control. Then I can focus on weight loss which will probably help with the high BP.

Maybe getting your thyroid happy again will have a positive effect on your weight/BP also!
