I am so grateful I had a Stress-Free Sunday, I napped all day. My BP was through the roof for me. I had pressure in my chest & my hiatal hernia decided to act up & my A-Fib kicked in & I had no balance. I took my meds for the A-Fib & it brought my BP down. Needless to say, it wasn't a very fun day. But my BP was down today, A-Fib back in rhythm. The hiatal hernia has finally started to stop hurting. I called my PCP today & have an appt at 9 am in the morning. I'm thankful I didn't have to go to the ER yesterday but it came close. If I did they probably would have sent me to the heart hospital where my cardiologist is which is another 2 hrs away. Everything is 2 hrs away from where we live. That's one of the joys of living in rural America. I am grateful for being able to live here though, it's like I have my little piece of heaven.
