I have had some dizziness off and on thru the years with some vertigo. Seems to run when I have over done it. I think tiredness, stress, and anxiety brings it on? But I also have had some dizziness when my neck is kinked or sleep wrong. The dizziness that I think is from ms lasts a day or two and gradually goes away. Seems to happen about every three months over the last several years. Neurologist says quite common with vertigo, but remember we are all different and this is just my opinion. 👍🙏🤗 Ken 🐾🐾
I have had problems off and on with dizziness. Usually, if I hold my head back as if I'm looking upward then move my head back down, I almost pass out. Same if I am lying down and go to sit up. It's kinda crazy. There have also been times I get dizzy while standing up and walking. That is usually an ear problem. Our ears have crystals that form and fall out of alignment into the inner ear. It causes vertigo until you can get them realigned. Sounds crazy I know. My PCP told me that. There are different ways to get get them back where they belong. For me, the easiest way is to shake my head back and forth sideways and then stop and focus on something. That will usually get rid of the dizziness. I have had dizziness off and on over the entire course of my MS and even before I was diagnosed. That was 25 years ago. Sometimes it’s worse than others and certain times it lasts longer than the previous episode. I keep, and take, Meclizine . You can buy it over the counter. Have you ever tried it for your dizziness?
