Hi, I went to write on this idea MS Challenges us but does not break us. Choose to cope. OK. I choose to cope. My spirit is not broken. I will live to walk/limp around another day. MS challenges me but not in the good way, like are you up for the challenge? It's more of a ...can you make it kind of challenge. More of...what if you do the best you can and it's not enough challenge. Anyway, I guess I'm feeling somewhat pessimistic today so that's it for what it's worth. Thanks for reading/listening to me vent.
A little optimism every now and again is very good. Find something to be happy about. I always find a really good cup of dark coffee to be good.
Thanks. YOU are correct. I am happy for comfortable weather, for my puppy, for having meaningful work and for time by myself until my first patient this morning.
