I have relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. I have had it for a very long time, I will have it until I am buried or toasted. Most all of my life. I have lost a lot, gained even more, changed a lot and stayed the same. Multiple Sclerosis has happened and it is up to ME and "YOU" to find the best way that we can through it. "YOU" should not be in a hurry for it to end, because that means that "YOU" will have ended.
Find your best way through it. antidepressants and alcohol are not always your long term answer. Find another way. Accept your sadness and hurt. Face it and learn to laugh at it. Travel your life through it. Temporarily it maybe the answers, but long term I think not. Y"YOU" have to find yourself and m ake peace with what has happened to us.
Believe in yourself and look for another way. It is okay to be sad, unhappy, depressed. To Cry.
