Bioness L300 go

I got to try out the L300 go yesterday and wow! What a game changer. We had to drive 4 hours to the closest rep in order to try it out and it was totally worth it. The thought of not having to wear an AFO has me absolutely giddy. Now we just have to figure out how to pay for it. Hopefully our insurance will come through.

I have worn Bioness since 2016 and I couldn't imagine living w/o it.

Once you get the bioness make sure to get the remote that comes with it, don't do the phone app

Also be sure to get the extended warranty as well

once you get it and you have any questions let me know

what does it do?

It sends electrical pulses to stimulate the muscles of the ankle and stop foot drop when you are walking. It has an accelerometer to know exactly when it should send the signal. My right leg is pretty severely weak so the first step was a challenge but after that I could walk almost normally with no brace at all.

Awesome!!! If insurance doesn't help, go to the National MS Society. They help with a lot of things!

So very happy for you! If your insurance doesn't cover it, the company may have a way to help out. If not, the MS Society helps a lot of people get a lot of things to help them live their lives. Good luck! Keep us updated!

I've tried the L300GO before during a physical therapy session. And it really made a difference in my walking. I could feel the difference. I am thinking about getting one only if my insurance pays for it. Good luck with yours.
