Pano scan photo of our little country cottage away from the riots and Covid and noise and pollution. Hear the birds, wild rose bush blooming on the fence, ivy covering the front porch, tiger lilies full bloom, oak trees still standing, my little piece of Heaven. So thankful for the peace (well, it wouldn’t load the pano shot😞)

I share your enjoyment of a peaceful living place. My corner in NC is 2 acres, partially wooded, with flowers, tomatoes and squash in the garden, blueberries ripening, muscadines on the vines, bluebirds and cardinals flying all around. I can just turn off the TV and soak in peace. It's a double blessing to also know God's Peace.

We have blueberry bushes also and bluebirds and cardinals and wrens and robins and blue jays and frank saw the woodpecker again and hummingbirds at the feeders and birds and wildflowers I don’t know names of, but we had to give up vegetable garden 2 years ago. Just too much work. He is 84 this year, and 3 yrs ago my right arm and back gave out completely. But yes the evenings are so nice. And he enjoys the mornings.
