Five sourdough pizzas for three people. Kimchee, pesto, sausage, veggie. In our bread oven. Not gluten free but we don’t have to worry about it which is nice.
Our son called from college and told me we needed a wood fired bread. I asked why. He said I might want to live there after you are gone and I’ll want an oven. Nothing like thinking ahead.
He said he would help but of course he was in college and my wife and I figured it out since we bake bread, bagels, and a ton more. However it was one of his better ideas.
So the pizzas for tonight, beans cook overnight for tomorrow, bagels in the morning, osso bucco for dinner tomorrow on one firing. Everyone should have a bread oven.
