I am still waiting on my stimulus check. My brother in law passed away on April 21st. He was 84 years old. My sister saw that his social security & military pension were deposited on May 1st. There was a withdrawal of both immediately after the credit! Funny how fast they can work if we owe, but take their good sweet time when we are owed!!

I am so waiting on stimulas money too!so very sorry about your brother in law, .yes funny how your money may be "lost" when you are waiting on it,but it is not a blink for them to get theirs back,they could at least warn you

So am It should have been with my direct deposit this month, but wasn't. Same thing with geico 15% reduction?? Your comments r spot on. It is a one way street with all of them!

Actually the government shouldn't have taken back the deposit of social security as it is always paid the month after. So it would have been April's payment due on May 1. I don't know about military pensions. And the stimulus check shouldn't be deposited as you need to be alive to get it. I would at least check into the social security.
