Unsure what this was/is. quickly laid me out upper respiratory and wasn't going into a hospital to get something else...yet.Ive been a nurses aid..so im stocked.

1 change glass often or use paper where you can and dont forget straws.\

Disposable whatever you can in a trash can to throw out in outside garbage.

Wash hands etc by singing a song...disinfectant if you can use it.

Change sheet pillowcase often.

fluids but dont flush out all that potassium/salts can add to dehydration.online docs are available.

humidfyer helped.

everyone is different do ask your doc.

*pray" pick a good series that are uplifting or music to put on..i like rain sounds.

Invest in tissue stock.

chicken noodle soup. noone in or out.

If fever consult. nasty stuff.....if physically alone or cant do for yourself like I am(husband not a help) ask for help understanding not to bring in worse things.

I use coricendan hbp because of the heart.No aleve allowed.Pls add on to the list.

How are you? I think of you daily and pray you are getting better. Do you know if it was the coronavirus? Any new symptoms? How is your breathing? Getting enough fluids?

actually the upper respiratory got so bad it burst a vessel but today sitting up and I see the light....for real.ty all!
