I hate the word “lesions,” it makes me feel like I have leprosy or AIDS.

I don’t like the word either...why couldn’t it be called something from a sweet childhood memory like “sugar plums dancing in the head” or “the twinkle-twinkle little star disease” ? 🤔

my 88 year old father does too,he said call them something else,he said lesions make him think of being unclean??so I just call them scars when I talk to 88 year old!

i like that a whole lot better i just go on with what i can do and if not figure another way around it ...i don't worry about what is on the film ...i already know and each and every time it does show more i already know so no big deal to me....

I've always called them spots. Like leopard or cheetah spots on a negative.

When I think of lesions the word reminds me of tumors 🤬But they are more like holes. Do I have holes in my head? Yes❗️
