Motivation and having a specific resson that is worthy of you losing weight. Well, I wanted to share with everyone my successful weight loss to date. I started back this past July. and to date I have lost 27 lb. And what I credit the weight loss to is my motivation. . My reoldest son is getting married in October of 2020. As soon as I heard I decided a goal I had for myself was to be as thin as I was before I became so totally disabled. To do so meant I had to lose 45 to 50 lbs. It is amazing how quickly the weight goes on and how effortlessly the rollls stack-up on your body. I've settled in comfortable habits and comfortable food choices that seemed to meet both the needs of loseing weight and of my MS.
Answer brunch. I normally drink a one carb, 22 grams or so of protein to fill me up and keep me full. On top of this it's packed with vitamins and nutrients that are sometimes hard to get from regular meals and food.. For the evening meal then have a cup of tomato basil, Yes soup, which is a smaller portion. . A large Fuji apple with peeling intact. Ford pieces of low-fat, light string mozzarella cheese. And two pieces of sugar free candy. So far so good. . I hope by Easter to be down 30 pounds or so. . I will keep you informed of how the weight loss goes, and hopefully continues. I swear to goodness. I will be back in a size 8 dress for Nathan's wedding. Not bad since I started, prior to my diet in a size 1X! You can do it if I can do it! 2Just find the right motivation and remember diets are as individual as each of us. Find the one that works for you! Take care.
