Who is ‘them’ and why are they being watched? 
them my dear is you, perhaps seen is a better word. Who sees you, who are you influencing by your behavior\actions?
Hmmm, now that I know that I am being 'watched' …
I never gave up on giving the Govt. something to check out that leads to nothing. Heck, they even picked up my trash every Tuesday morning in a Suburban at 4am before the trash truck showed up. Yeah, NM work at the wrong time in the world... everyone was a threat to the Govt, er, uh, population.
At least your garbage got picked up early
