Recovery time?

I expect to take a bit of time to recover. Let's face it,I have a few things going against me. I'm not a spring chicken. I have had to many surgeries and I'm not in the best of shape. I also have MS. So what's your point? 😊

My point is, I need to learn to slow down and let myself heal! And wait for tomorrow to be sunny so I can walk Kaijue!πŸ• We need extra time sometimes to get to point A to point B.

Give it time!πŸ€—πŸ’•

YOU are worth it.If you sat in a chair talking to you yourself...you would say...my dear friend...you have enough on your plate...rest lots of water and goodies.....take your meds on time and got the note on the door?I hope your pain is under control..and all things are temporary...sorta.prayers.jj

It’s so easy to tell yourself to slow down so that you can mend easier...but when it comes to actually doing it.....Listen to your body and do what you feel you can do, but don’t push it. (This is coming from the gal that ended up back in the hospital three times after her last surgery because she DIDN’T slow down as she should have). Prayers for a speedy, pain free and totally uneventful recovery.
